High-achieving multi-passionates confuse urgency for motivation.

Anxiety-fueled urgency DOES make you productive, but at what cost? What if your primary motivation stemmed from something better?

I had a conversation with my therapist that knocked my socks off. If you’re the anxious, overthinking, high-achieving, creative multi-passionate, this video riff is for you.

Motivation doesn’t have to stem from scarcity, chaos, or worry.

It GETS to flow from joyful lived experiences that spark curiosity, wonder, and imagination. And YES, that feels less dramatic, less like being the tortured artist.

But the absence of drama doesn’t mean less hardworking or successful, it’s just a different kind of motivation. One that FEELS GOOD.

Do the work to regulate your nervous system, and redefine what actually motivates you.

Cheers,

Annie
